Description

Butyl Sealant For Headlights

Specification:

Basic information:
1. One roll contains 6m of butyl glue for 7mm x 7mm lamps
2. Butyl glue is water, moisture, weather and UV resistant.
3. Color: Black
The mass is flexible and can be freely formed, shortened and stretched to obtain the required diameter and shape.
How to use:
Clean and degrease the glued surface. Apply the required amount of glue in the gutter, heat the lampshade with a heat gun or oven (130*C for 7 minutes) press the lampshade, the excess can be easily removed.
Butyl sealant is widely used in the automotive industry. It is used e.g.:
- soundproofing and damping vibrations of car body elements
- sealing all kinds of lampshades and sunroofs, doors in cars and culverts
- sealing windows in rubber profiles
- sealing the body of car bodies and car bodies
- production of tires and inner tubes.
